Refund policy

I understand the following information below is the Refund/Return/Exchanges policies set forth by Everything Fertility By Himiko, and that it is my responsibility to read in its entirety:

Everything Fertility By Himiko has a "NO REFUND POLICY."

Everything Fertility By Himiko does NOT allow Refunds/Returns/Exchanges, before, during or after the order is delivered.

I understand that WE ARE VIRAL on all social media platforms and that shipping times are extended. (We, pertaining to Everything Fertility By Himiko Lei) and that Standard Shipping & Delivery is a 6 Week plus turn-around (meaning Everything Fertility has no SET shipping times due to the popularity of the product but will post expected shipping dates on the front page of the store website between 6-12 weeks) I understand that this was explained to me throughout the store and at checkout, and that if I choose standard shipping that I am aware of the extended wait time. I understand that if I do not want to wait the extended amount of time that follows standard orders that I can, will, or could have, choose/chosen the EXPRESS Ship Option. I understand that Express Orders will be shipped in 7 business days OR within 3-4 weeks (30 Day Maximum) of the date of order, and it is STILL considered an Express order. As Standard Shipped orders take 3-4 months to ship, an Express Order shipped within 30 days is STILL AN EXPRESS ORDER! I understand Express Orders will be verified by an email questionnaire before being shipped to reduce “friendly fraud”. I understand that FAILURE to verify Express Orders will result in a delayed shipment OR cancelled order WITHOUT A REFUND. I understand that Everything Fertility has a NO REFUND POLICY. I understand that for ANY reason that I decide to cancel my order Standard or Express BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER delivery that I will NOT receive a refund. I understand that if I file a dispute with my bank either BEFORE, DURING or AFTER delivery of said order, or after a requested CANCELLATION (which will be granted WITHOUT a refund, as Everything Fertility has a NO REFUND POLICY) of an order that I WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. I understand Everything Fertility has the RIGHT to take Civil Action against me for violating the terms of the agreement which I agreed upon when I placed the order (whether I took the time to read the policies or not) or in case of loss revenue due to a dispute. I understand that if I am RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, OR HATEFUL, towards staff at Everything Fertility that my order WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND and that I will be banned indefinitely from shopping with Everything Fertility.
