Refund policy

I understand the following information below is the Refund, Return, Exchanges & Shipping policies set forth by Everything Fertility and that it is my responsibility to read in its entirety. 

I understand Everything Fertility has a "NO REFUND POLICY” and does not allow refunds BEFORE, DURING or AFTER an order is processed or delivered.

I understand that Everything Fertility is VIRAL on all social media platforms and that shipping times are extended. I am aware that Standard Shipping is 6-12 Weeks (meaning Everything Fertility has between 6-12 weeks to have my order processed and shipped. The date the order is DELIVERED is solely dependent upon USPS. Everything Fertility’s responsibility is to SHIP the order within the designated times provided for either Standard or Express shipped orders, and it’s USPS responsibility to deliver said order.) 

I understand that the above was explained to me throughout the store and at checkout, and that if I choose standard shipping that I am aware of the extended wait time. 

I understand that if I do not want to wait the extended amount of time that follows standard shipped orders that I can, will, or could have, choose/chosen the EXPRESS Ship Option.

I understand that Express shipped orders  will be shipped to me between a minimum shipping time of 3-8 business days from the date of order (excluding holidays) AND a maximum shipping time of 30 Days from the date of order, which is dependent upon Everything Fertility receives your “Express Order Verification” and our current volume of Express orders. If said order ships later than 3-8 business days, but no later than 30 days from the original date of order, it is STILL considered an Express order. (Standard shipped orders take 6-12 weeks to process and ship, therefore an Express Order shipped within 30 days is STILL CONSIDERED AN EXPRESS ORDER!)

I understand ALL Express orders must be verified by responding to an emailed questionnaire before my order is shipped for my protection and to reduce “friendly fraud,” and that this questionnaire will be emailed to me within 3-8 business days if the order is expected to ship within 3-8 business days, or it will be emailed to me within 30 days if the order is expected to ship within 30 days. 

I understand that FAILURE to verify my Express order by responding to the Express order verification email sent by Everything Fertility that this failure will result in a delayed shipment OR a cancelled order WITHOUT A REFUND.

I understand that for ANY reason that I decide to cancel my order, Standard or Express BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER delivery that I will NOT receive a refund (See below for further clarification.)

I understand that if I file a dispute with my bank BEFORE my order has fully processed within Everything Fertility’s 6-12 week processing time, DURING Everything Fertility’s 6-12 week processing time, or AFTER delivery of said order, that I will NOT BE REFUNDED.

I understand that if I request for my order to be cancelled BEFORE my order has fully processed within Everything Fertility’s 6-12 week processing time DURING Everything Fertility’s 6-12 week processing time, or AFTER said order has shipped, that I will NOT BE REFUNDED.

I understand that Everything Fertility has the RIGHT to take Civil Action against me for violating the terms of the agreement which I agreed upon when I placed the order. I understand that by placing said order(s) that the order placed, constitutes an agreement between myself and Everything Fertility (whether I took the time to read the shipping & refund policies or not.)

I understand that if I am AGGRESSIVE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, HATEFUL, COMBATIVE, UNCOOPERATIVE, OR THREATENING towards Everything Fertility as a business & towards its staff that my order WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND and that I will be banned from shopping with Everything Fertility. I understand Everything Fertility has the right to operate within a safe & respectful environment, and that by shopping with Everything Fertility it is my responsibility to uphold a safe & respectful environment, to include communication in regard to my order. And that if I fail to uphold this obligation I willingly and willfully forfeit my right to receive my order or dispute my order.
