How To Prepare Your Tea: Steep 1 tea bag over 1 cup of hot water for 5-20 minutes covered, twice per day. OR steep 1 tea bag in a chamber within a tea pot infuser with 1 cup of water, and boil 3-7 minutes twice per day. Additional Information: Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle, OR during your ovulation. Example #1 - Your menstrual cycle begins with a full flow, do not drink or continue drinking the tea. When your menstrual cycle ends you can resume. Example #2 - Your ovulation is approaching which has been confirmed via ovulation testing, therefore you would pause drinking the tea until ovulation has completed.
