How To Prepare Your Tea:

Loose Leaf: Steep 1/2 Tsp Of Tea In An Infuser or Cup With 1 Cup Of Hot Water, Steep 3-7 Minutes, Strain And Enjoy. Drink 1-2x daily for 3-6 months for optimal benefits.

Tea Bags:  Steep 1 Tea Bag Over 1 Cup Of Hot Water, 5-20 Minutes Covered, Strain And Enjoy. Drink 1-2x daily for 3-6 months for optimal benefits.

All Natural Ingredients: 
Chaste Tree Berry, Vitex, Ginger, Nettle Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Lady’s Mantle, Peppermint Leaf.

Additional Information: Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle, or the 2 days before, as well as the day of, your ovulation. Example #1 - Your menstrual cycle begins with a full flow, do not drink or continue drinking the tea. When your menstrual cycle ends you can resume. Example #2 - You are tracking ovulation via an app or testing strips and your ovulation is set for the 13th. You would stop drinking the tea on the 11th and 12th (the two days before ovulation) and the 13th (the day of ovulation) you can begin drinking the tea on the 14th.
