How To Prepare Your Tea:

Loose Leaf: Steep 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea over 1 cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes (covered) and then strain two times daily. OR Steep 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea in a tea pot chamber with 1 cup of water 3-7 minutes, and then strain two times daily. Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle or ovulation (if drinking for conception, if not disregard).

🔥Hot Tip: To Conserve Your Tea:  Steep 1/2 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea in a tea pot chamber with two cups of water for 3-7 minutes, and then strain once daily. Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle or ovulation (if drinking for conception, if not disregard).

Tea Bags:  Steep 1 tea bag over 1 cup of hot water for 5-20 minutes covered, twice per day. OR steep 1 tea bag in a chamber within a tea pot infuser with 1 cup of water, and boil 3-7 minutes twice per day. Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle or during ovulation (if drinking for conception, if not disregard).

🔥Hot Tip: To Conserve Your Tea: Steep 1 tea bag in a small pot with 2 cups of water and boil 3-7 minutes once per day, OR steep 1 tea bag in a chamber within a tea pot infuser with 2 cups of water, and boil 3-7 minutes once per day. Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle or during ovulation (if drinking for conception, if not disregard).

All Natural Ingredients: Chaste Tree Berry, Vitex, Ginger, Nettle Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Lady’s Mantle, Peppermint Leaf

Additional Information: Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle, OR during your ovulation. Example #1 - Your menstrual cycle begins with a full flow, do not drink or continue drinking the tea. When your menstrual cycle ends you can resume. Example #2 - Your ovulation is approaching which has been confirmed via ovulation testing, therefore you would pause drinking the tea until ovulation has completed. IRREGULAR BLEEDING:  If you are experiencing irregular bleeding (spotting) PRIOR to ever starting this tea, drink the tea each day, however once you have confirmed a period (full flow) pause drinking your tea. If you have irregular bleeding (daily/constant flow) PRIOR to ever starting this tea that is daily/constant, continue to drink the tea each day until you no longer have irregular bleeding, at which point you would follow the tea instructions as listed.
