Additional Information: Do NOT drink this tea during your menstrual cycle, OR during your ovulation. Example #1 - Your menstrual cycle begins with a full flow, do not drink or continue drinking the tea. Example #2 - Your ovulation is approaching which has been confirmed via ovulation testing, therefore you would pause drinking the tea until ovulation has completed. IRREGULAR BLEEDING:  If you are experiencing irregular bleeding (spotting) PRIOR to ever starting this tea, drink the tea each day, however once you have confirmed a period (full flow) pause drinking your tea.
